Announcing the Retirement of Judith Page-Lieberman, ARNP-C

February 2016

Dear Parents,

It saddens us to announce that Judith Page-Lieberman, ARNP-C will enter semi-retirement in March after more than 20 years in pediatrics.

Her last day of appointments is March 16. Starting in May she will work several days a month to help cover physician vacations; however she will no longer have a standard schedule for ongoing patient care.

She is a long-time member of our medical family and she will be greatly missed. We wish her much luck and happiness in this next journey of her life. She has written a personal note to her patients and families, which is included below.

We value your trust and confidence as partners in your child’s health. All of us at Pediatric Health Care Alliance appreciate the opportunity to care for your children, and we hope you will consult with her partners at the Northside Office.

Please join us in wishing Judy the very best.

Karalee Kulek-Luzey, M.D.
Medical Director

A Note from Judith Page-Lieberman, ARNP-C

On March 16, I will be ending twenty-two years of taking care of families at PHCA. Beginning in May, I will begin working just five days a month to cover providers who are away or on vacation. I hope that I will continue to see some of you on those days.

During these years as a nurse practitioner, I have experienced children passing from infancy through adolescence, growing up to be young adults or parents themselves, bringing their own children in and allowing me to be part of a second generation. One of my greatest pleasures has been to help new parents become competent and assured mothers and fathers. Thank you so much for these fulfilling relationships. Nothing tops pediatrics for side splitting laughter and occasional tears!

As I leave my regularly scheduled life at PHCA to spend unrestricted time to travel and be with my family and friends, I feel some sadness of course, but mostly affection, having lovely and loving memories from my years at Northside and PHCA.

My best wishes to all of you, to have the healthiest and best lives.
Judy Page-Lieberman
