NP Loflin joined our Big Bend team in January 2022. This was actually a return to PHCA, as she previously completed her clinical preceptorship at our Big Bend and FishHawk Offices.
She is originally from the mountain town of Boone, NC, and completed her nursing education in Nashville, TN. She became a Registered Nurse in 2020 and earned a Master of Science in Nursing in 2021, both from Vanderbilt University School of Nursing.
NP Loflin has been board certified since 2021. Her areas of interest in patient care include lactation and helping first-time parents with any questions or concerns, as well as being an outlet for teens and mental health during their adolescent years.
“Working with children offers such a unique and meaningful opportunity to make a difference in their lives, and while doing so, they make a difference in mine.”
NP Loflin prefers using her middle name “Ryan”, and outside the office, she enjoys cooking, getting out on the ocean, and she is a big fan of our “Champa Bay” sports teams. She recently relocated to South Tampa where she loves walking her puppy Mako.
