"Our lives are better when we learn the tools to cope, the power of our thoughts, and the importance of self-care. This is why working with children is so powerful and impactful! Good mental health allows children to be confident, think clearly, and develop positive relationships which will benefit them for the rest of their lives."
She is married with two sons. Outside the office, Milena loves being outdoors and traveling. She has a personal goal to hike every Elite National Park in the US – 23 down, 40 to go!
