To Our Carrollwood Patient Families:
It saddens us to announce that Dr. Carol Greene will be retiring this year after more than 25 years of providing pediatric care in Tampa. She has been part of the Pediatric Health Care Alliance family since the very beginning when our group was founded in 1997, and she will be greatly missed. We wish her much luck and happiness in this next journey of her life. A note from Dr. Greene to her patients and families is included below.
We value your trust and confidence as partners in your child’s health, and hope that you will continue to be part of our PHCA family. All of us at Pediatric Health Care Alliance appreciate the opportunity to care for your children, and we hope you will consult with Dr. Greene’s partners at the North Carrollwood Office.
Please join us in wishing Dr. Greene the very best.
Karalee Kulek-Luzey, M.D.
A Note from Carol U. Greene, M.D.
To my dear patients and families:
It is with bittersweet emotions that I am announcing my retirement in late November. It has been a great pleasure to witness the unfolding of so many young lives over the past 25 years and such a privilege to have been welcomed as part of your families. I have felt especially honored when a former patient has chosen me as the pediatrician for their child. You all have enriched my life.
I will remain in the area and will continue to work several evenings a month as needed, however, retirement affords me the opportunity to spend more time with and help my four daughters and grandchildren, as well as my aging mother and in-laws.
I feel lucky to have been a part of Tampa Bay Pediatrics and now Pediatric Health Care Alliance. I have utmost admiration of my partners and know I am leaving you in very caring and capable hands.
My very best wishes,
