South Tampa-St. Isabel Office Merge

(the following information was mailed to active St. Isabel patients at the beginning of June)
Starting in June, you may notice more patients and cars than usual when you visit the St. Isabel Office. That is because our South Tampa Office is undergoing a major remodel and expansion, and their providers will be temporarily working out of our office from June to October.
This will not affect appointment availability with your preferred St. Isabel pediatrician; in fact, appointment availability may increase if you are open to scheduling a needed visit with any of the additional providers.
We are excited about the newly renovated office, and we want to let you know that this project will also impact the St. Isabel Office when completed at the end of October. In order to meet the needs of our growing practice, our St. Isabel Office will merge with South Tampa, bringing all seven providers to the office at 3222 W Azeele Street. This means the 2803 W St. Isabel Street location will permanently close at that time.
The merging of our offices results in many benefits for our patients, including extended hours and additional providers for appointment availability. Dr. Katherine Lewis, Dr. Christopher Reiner, and Dr. Margarita Torres will all be joining the merger with South Tampa. You also have an opportunity to meet and get to know the additional providers who will be available to you once the offices merge while Dr. James Lane, Dr. Karalee Kulek-Luzey, Dr. Cynthia Wood White, and Nurse Practitioner Devan Walicek are working from the St. Isabel Office.
If you have any questions about this information, please contact the office at (813) 875-3896. We also encourage all patients to sign up for our email newsletter, as we will send more frequent updates on the merger by email.
We know this is a big change, and we believe it will be a great improvement in services and availability for our patients. We look forward to seeing you soon.
Sincerely,
Katherine J Lewis, MD
Christopher D. Reiner, MD
Margarita P. Torres, MD
