PHCA Facial Mask Policy

Effective June 24, 2020 | Updated August 3, 2021
-----------------------------------------------------------------------

Policy: PHCA requires facial masks for all staff and visitors at all clinics.

Video: Dr. Sara Ansari discusses the PHCA mask policy and relevant guidelines from CDC and OSHA for health care facilities.

The majority of our patients are still too young to receive any of the COVID-19 vaccines, which are currently only authorized for ages 12 years and older.

Our mask policy follows current CDC guidelines and OSHA standards for healthcare facilities, which includes facial masks for all staff and visitors, regardless of vaccination status.

What You Need to Know

  • Limited Exclusions: Masks will not be required for children younger than 2 years of age.
  • It is necessary to provide your own mask. We need all patients and family members visiting our offices to be responsible for bringing your own masks.

Thank you in advance for your cooperation with our staff as we work together to make our offices as safe as possible for our patients and our team.
